Job summary

QX Global Group is seeking an entry-level accountant to support UK client accounting needs from Mumbai. The role focuses on statutory financial statement preparation, year-end activities, VAT and payroll reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting assistance.

You will identify risks and process gaps using BK/PTR concepts, assist in journal entries, reconciliations, and GL analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve year-end items and client queries.

• Graduate with knowledge of BK/PTR and Year-End concepts.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for daily client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support statutory financial statement preparation, year-end accounting activities, VAT and payroll reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting support.

Responsible for supporting UK clients with statutory financial statement preparation, yearend accounting activities, VAT and payroll reconciliations, and daytoday accounting support.

• Understanding strong BK/PTR concepts to identify risks, process gaps, and compliance issues.
• Support year-end accounting and tax close activities, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Support preparation and review of trial balances, general ledger mapping, and account analysis.
• Assist in bookkeeping activities, including journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and reconciliations.
