Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production and packing machines per SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform machine start-up, operation, adjustment, and shutdown as per procedures.
• Verify machine cleanliness and readiness before operations.
• Maintain machine settings and process parameters within approved limits.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
• Record observations in approved formats and logbooks.
• Complete entries in equipment logs, BMRs, BPRs, and production records.
• Ensure proper identification and segregation of materials during operation.
• Minimize downtime by timely reporting of equipment issues.
• Assist engineering and maintenance during breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of machine area during and after production.
• Dispose of waste per approved procedures.
• Follow GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity requirements; use PPE.
• Utilize machine capacity efficiently to hit production targets.
• Handle raw materials, packing materials, and finished products safely.
• Report malfunctions, deviations, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions immediately.

• 16. Ensure safe handling of raw materials, packing materials, and finished products during machine operation.
• 17. Report equipment malfunctions, deviations, incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions immediately to the supervisor.
• 18. Participate in training programs to improve machine operation skills and process knowledge.
• 19. Comply with all Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental requirements applicable to the work area.
