Counselling Trainee (Remote – Freshers & Career Switchers Welcome)

We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Counselling Trainee. This is a 100% remote role.

This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from non‑sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling. Please note that we are not hiring experienced sales professionals for this position— we’re looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn. You’ll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision makers, and doing persistent follow‑ups to help guide prospects through our Courses. This is not a cold‑calling role, but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
• Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively.
• Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
• Training period: 45–90 days (online). Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR + up to ₹15,000 incentives from week #3.
• Work from the comfort of your home—this is a 100% remote opportunity.
