Job summary

BVG Group is seeking a Trade Trainer for Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV) based in Pune District. You will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in automotive maintenance and repair, conducting hands-on demonstrations, and evaluating trainee performance.

The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automobile industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle technology and engineering drawings is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automobile industry experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of automobile aggregates and technologies.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T concepts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in automotive maintenance and repair
• Conduct hands‑on demonstrations on vehicle systems and aggregates
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with apprenticeship training guidelines and industry standards

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of automobile industry experience
• Strong practical knowledge of automobile aggregates, assemblies, and new technologies
• Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T concepts
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Prior training experience will be an added advantage
