Job summary

SkillLabs in Gurugram, India seeks a dynamic professional to acquire corporate and SME clients for trade finance products and manage end-to-end banking solutions. You will promote LC, BG, import/export finance, and related forex services while coordinating with operations, credit and compliance to ensure smooth transaction processing.

You will cross-sell Current Accounts, working capital loans, cash management, and forex while meeting monthly and annual targets and ensuring RBI/KYC compliance.

• Acquire new corporate and SME clients for trade finance products.
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Coordinate with operations, credit, and compliance teams for smooth transaction processing.
• Cross-sell banking products like Current Accounts, Working Capital Loans, Cash Management Services, and Forex.
• Monitor customer portfolios and identify opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate and SME clients for trade finance products and grow the customer base.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement.
• Promote trade finance solutions such as LC, BG, Import & Export Finance, Supply Chain Finance and Forex Services.
• Coordinate with operations, credit, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
• Cross-sell banking products like Current Accounts, Working Capital Loans and Cash Management Services.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, AML/KYC norms and internal policies.
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets and drive revenue growth.
• Understand customer requirements and tailor banking solutions accordingly.
• Monitor portfolios and identify cross-sell opportunities within existing books.
• Resolve customer queries related to trade finance services.
