Primeone Workforce is seeking a Trade Counsellor in Ghaziabad/Noida with a sales focus and English proficiency to drive new business and revenue. The role requires handling branch-related activities, onboarding customers, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will leverage experience in Trade, Forex, and Transaction Banking sales to source new accounts, grow the trade book, and meet targets through incentives. Location is in the target city area with on-site work expected.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience (flexibility 5%).
• Strong background in Trade, Forex, and Transaction Banking sales.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
• Comfortable working with targets and incentives.

Responsabilités

• Acquire 2 new Trade Accounts per month through self-sourcing.
• Manage and grow the existing trade book through regular customer engagement and relationship management.
• Drive revenue generation from branch-mapped customers through Forex and Trade Finance Fees.
• Manage multiple branches to drive business acquisition.
• Generate 1 BBG/MSME lending lead per month.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Onboard customers in line with bank policies and compliance standards.

Role Overview

• Sales-oriented and incentive-based profile.
• Preference for candidates who are currently working and residing in the target city (Ghaziabad / Noida).
• Strong communication skills with spoken English proficiency being mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire 2 new Trade Accounts per month through self-sourcing.
• Manage and grow the existing trade book through regular customer engagement and relationship management.
• Drive revenue generation from branch-mapped customers through:
  • Transactional Foreign Exchange (Forex)
  • Trade Finance Fees
• Manage multiple branches to drive business acquisition.
• Generate 1 BBG/MSME lending lead per month.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Onboard customers in line with bank policies and compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience: 6 to 10 years (flexibility of 5%).
