Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with trade finance expertise, particularly in Letter of Credit operations, and proficient in examining export and import documents, managing discrepancies, applying UCPDC 600 and ISBP. CDCS certification is desirable. The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of Letter of Credit Issuance and exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with outstanding interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review documents in the Traydstream team on the Traydstream platform.
• Conduct manual document review as needed.
• Ensure compliance screening and secure appropriate approvals for each transaction.

Additional Responsibilities

• Proficient in international import and export Letter of Credit operations.
• Familiarity with UCPDC, ISBP, Incoterms 2020, and other ICC guidelines.
• Ability to identify discrepancies in documents.
• Capable of discussing and providing relevant opinions on complex LC transactions.
• Resolve escalations related to LC document checking transactions.
• Authorize transactions inputted by analysts before final submission.
• Address daily BAU queries raised by analysts or teammates.
• Compile data and submit to TLs for daily, weekly & monthly reporting.
• Ability to switch between queues based on priority.
• Maintain MIS for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting purposes.
• Ensure all transactions are processed within SLAs.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• 5+ years of experience in trade finance and document checking
• Proficiency in trade finance, Letter of Credit operations, and export/import document checking
• Knowledge of UCPDC 600, ISBP, Incoterms 2020, and other ICC guidelines
• Preferably CDCS qualified
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
