Job summary

Idfc First Bank Limited is seeking a Trade Desk Officer to process trade transactions for assigned branches within the HUB and spoke model. The role requires coordination with spoke branches, the Trade CPU, product teams and compliance units to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of trade transactions.

The incumbent will contribute to superior service delivery and operational efficiency while adhering to RBI guidelines and internal policies.

• queries and rejections raised by the Trade CPU and assist spoke branches in managing trade transactions.
• Ensure adherence to defined turnaround times (TAT) for all trade products.
• Provide superior customer service to reduce or eliminate complaints.
• Ensure all transactions comply with RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, and internal bank policies.
• Liaise with other departments for smooth transaction handling and resolution.
• Manage transaction follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with customers, Relationship Managers (RMs), and Trade Counsellors (TCs) for closure of outstanding EDPMS and IDPMS entries.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders to implement new products, policies, and guidelines.
• Handle back-office activities efficiently and assist in regulatory checks as required.
