Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Total Rewards Manager with 13-18 years of experience in compensation and benefits to lead design and localization initiatives within our global delivery framework. The role focuses on end-to-end process design, SOP creation, and collaboration with GPOs and service teams to drive value for clients.

The position requires strong expertise in compensation and benefits, localization planning, and governance through a Global Quality Framework.

Qualifications

• 13-18 years of experience in compensation and benefits domain
• Experience with localization and SOP development is a plus
• Strong process design and subject-matter expertise required

Responsibilities

• Process Matter Experts bridge client and Accenture service delivery teams to ensure compliant, high-quality execution
• Localization sessions and localization planning activities
• Document localization requirements for SOP development and process narratives
• Participate in testing end-to-end processes and develop end-to-end process scenarios
• Develop standard operating procedures for assigned process areas and oversee validation with GPOs and client counterparts
• Collaborate with GPOs and Service Delivery Leads to address escalations and improve operational efficiency

What would you do?

• Process Matter Experts are deep subject matter experts who work closely with clients and GPOs. They serve as a critical link between the client and Accenture service delivery teams, ensuring effective process execution, compliance, quality standards, issue resolution, and alignment of business and operational objectives.

• Cutover and Ongoing Operations
• Work with GPOs to execute process cutover activities
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and monitor process specific KPIs
• Contribute to the development of a Global Quality Framework with measurable standards aligned to client and contractual requirements
• Partner with Service Delivery Leads to address key issues critical escalations and operational challenges Roles and Responsibilities:
• Global Design
• Provide end to end process expertise and support future state process design initiatives
• Support GPOs in identifying leading practices and process design considerations that drive operational efficiency
• Provide input into Workday enablement initiatives identify automation opportunities and address process gaps
• Work with GPOs to document process narratives required for standard operating procedures Localization
• Compile localization requirements and support localization planning activities
• Participate in localization sessions and provide process expertise
• Document localization requirements for standard operating procedure development

• Provide input and compile end to end process scenarios
• Participate in testing end to end processes in order to get familiarization of various system and process scenarios for SOP creation
