Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in tool design, tool development, and NPD.

• Experience with tooling project management and manufacturing process planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical issues and develop solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Tools & Design Head to lead our design and development team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tool design, tool development, and new product development (NPD).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of tools and dies for various manufacturing processes
• Develop and implement new product development (NPD) strategies to improve product quality and reduce production costs
• Manage tooling projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality to ensure seamless integration of tools and dies
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including CAD/CAM designs, tooling specifications, and manufacturing process plans
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in tool design and development, and implement best practices within the team
