Job summary

Amphenol FCI India Pvt. Ltd. in Kerala is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maintenance Technician to maintain high‑speed stamping tools and progressive dies.

You will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, set tools, and support tool trials to ensure quality and minimise downtime. The ideal candidate holds an ITI or Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering with 3–8 years in stamping tool maintenance, preferably on high‑speed progressive dies, and follows safety and 5S

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in stamping tool maintenance.
• Prefer experience with high-speed progressive dies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of high-speed stamping tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair progressive dies to minimize downtime.
• Carry out tool setting, adjustments, fitting, grinding, and polishing.
• Support tool trials and ensure tool accuracy and product quality.
• Follow safety procedures, 5S, and tool maintenance standards.
