Job summary

Yeemak Private Limited in India is seeking a skilled tool and die maker to manufacture, assemble, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for press and stamping operations.

You will interpret engineering drawings and CAD data to fabricate dies accurately, troubleshoot and repair various dies, ensure proper alignment and finishing of die components, and support production by minimizing downtime through quick maintenance and preventive care.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for press and stamping operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD data to fabricate dies accurately.
• Troubleshoot and repair progressive, compound, and transfer dies.
• Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of die components.
• Support production team in minimizing downtime by quick die maintenance and repair.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of tools and dies to extend tool life.
