Job summary

Ennovi Group is seeking an experienced Toolmaker for Bengaluru with hands-on expertise in press tool assembly, tool setting, debugging, maintenance and production support.

The role requires reading engineering drawings (GD&T) and coordinating with Production, Quality and Design teams to ensure quality and safety in tooling operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembling press tools and die sets as per engineering drawings.
• Hands-on tool setting, alignment and trials to ensure proper function.
• Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues during development and production.
• Carry out preventive and corrective tool maintenance and record-keeping.
• Support tool modification and improvement activities while ensuring quality.
• Adherence to 5S and safety practices in the work area.

Responsibilities

• Assemble press tools and die sets as per drawings.
• Perform tool setting, alignment and trials.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues during development and production.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain inspection and production records.
