You will drive advanced mechanism development, including slider movements, lifters, ejection systems, and hot runner integration, ensuring robust, manufacturable designs.
End-to-End Mold Design: Create 3D layouts, complete assembly designs for plastic injection molds (ranging from multi-cavity precision tools to large-size automotive molds).
Advanced Mechanism Development: Design complex mold mechanisms, including intricate slider movements, lifters, multi-stage ejection systems, and hot runner system integration
DFM & Feasibility Reviews: Conduct thorough Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analyses, identifying potential part defects
Global Standards Compliance: Ensure all mold designs strictly adhere to client-specific tool build standards, It is preferable if you are familiar with North American mold design standards.
Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in dedicated tool design software like Cimatron is highly preferred.
