Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• Experience in utilities maintenance and energy balance helpful.
• Knowledge of SAP PM and PLC/SCADA operations.

Responsibilities

• Execution of day-to-day operations in Utilities.
• Diagnosis of problems related to compressors, diesel generators, water treatment plants, electrical substations, hot water generators, heat pumps, solar plants, chillers, AHUs, and MHEs.
• Reducing cost by optimizing spare part planning & eliminating repeated failures, along with localization & development of imported spares.
• Execution of Energy & Water Balance in line with company requirements.

As a TM/Line In charge , you will be a part of Utilities department and will report to Section Head of Utilities.

Your role will be:
To Achieve Zero Failures at optimum cost in Maintenance (Utilities) by using appropriate maintenance tactics by using TPM methodology.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key reponsibilities will include, but not limited to

• Execution of day -to day Operations in Utilities
• Diagnosis problem related to Compressors, Diesel Generators, Water treatment Plants, Electrical Sub stations, Hot water generators, Heat Pumps, Solar Plants, Chillers, AHU's, MHE's.
• Reducing cost by optimizing spare part planning & eliminating repeated failures, along with localization & development of imported spares.
• Execution of Energy & Water Balance in line with company requirements.
• Implementing CBM techniques in Utilities, provide solutions for equipment malfunctioning, system fault, leading to equipment failure

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical / Mechanical or related disciplines

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• PLC & SCADA Programming & Diagnoisis ( Siemens , ABB )
• Utility Operation & Maintenance
• Power distribution
