Job summary

Birla Carbon in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Manager to orchestrate social media campaigns, drive lead generation and revenue through strategic planning and execution across platforms. You will partner with creative, media agencies and internal teams to optimize campaigns and report on performance.

The role demands strong budgeting, metrics tracking, and pro-active campaign ideas to unlock opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, Strategize & Execute performance campaigns to drive lead generation & business revenues through Social Media channels with highest levels of quality
• Budget planning & track business metrics to develop effective & robust Social Media plans
• Responsible for all regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis of social media activity providing crucial insights into further sales & marketing opportunities
• Providing pro-active ideas for campaigns/projects on all aspects of Social Media marketing
• Working closely with key Internal/External stakeholders & be go-to person for all current & future channel needs
• Liaising with Creative and Media agency along with internal Brand Teams on ideas to for various campaigns/targeting
• Liaising with Performance Agency to work on campaigns optimization
• Accountable for Weekly Digital Marketing Channels Review meeting and showcase business growth
