Job summary
Primus Global Technologies is seeking an experienced TLM Premium Consultant to join our delivery teams in India. You will bring hands-on expertise with TLM Premium 3.0+, configure control processes, dashboards, and MI interfaces, and translate business requirements into robust TLM configurations.
The role requires 5–10 years of experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across Bangalore, Chennai, and Gurgaon, including

- Experience in banking/financial services environments.

- Work hands-on with TLM Premium 3.0 and above
- Configure and maintain TLM Control Process Designer
- Work on TLM SmartSchema configuration and related activities
- Configure and maintain TLM Match Rules
- Perform dashboard configuration and customization
- Work on MI Interface configuration and integration
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into TLM configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve TLM-related issues
- Support testing, deployment, and production activities
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver TLM solutions
- TLM Premium 3.0 or above – 4–5 years hands-on experience
- TLM Control Process Designer

- Basic knowledge of PL/SQL
- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Understanding of financial reconciliation and transaction matching processes
- Experience working in banking/financial services environments
