Job summary

TL Apparels, part of the Aditya Birla Group, seeks a Manager in Maharashtra to lead seasonal concepts and collection development. The role focuses on translating trends into viable garment designs and range plans across fabrics and materials.

You will design complete garment ranges, create sketches, CADs, and tech packs, and coordinate with fabric teams and external vendors. Strong presentation and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in fashion design with strong portfolio.
• Experience in trend forecasting and market analysis is required.
• Proven capabilities in design development from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal and capsule collection concepts aligned with market opportunities and brand direction.
• Translate trend insights into commercially relevant garment designs and range plans.
• Design complete garment ranges using developed fabrics, create sketches, CADs, tech packs; collaborate with fabric development teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors for sample development.
• Develop seasonal trend books, mood boards, lookbooks for internal and external presentations; present concepts to brands and stakeholders.
