Job summary

Evalueserve is seeking a Lease/Land Analyst to support onboarding of minerals, royalties, and leasehold properties into the Land Database. You will review land and title documents to ensure accurate data entry and property records, collaborating with the land acquisition team to validate all property details.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience in land administration, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related office tools.

Qualifications

• Land administration experience.
• Qualified / Semi qualified Chartered Accountant with direct oil & gas industry experience.
• Understanding all asthmatic associated with the calculation of the interest types.
• Understanding acquisition title materials/reports
• Land data and database experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Onboard property data in the Land Database
• Property data includes mineral interest, ORRI interests, NPRI interests, working interests, net revenue interests in oil and gas leases, wells and units
• Oil & Gas minerals & royalties title and land administration work in US states, Texas & New Mexico would be preferred.

The role involves reviewing and interpreting key land and title documents, including deeds, assignments, title reports, mineral ownership reports, and title opinions, to ensure accurate data entry and property records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to comprehend land-related documentation, and the capability to collaborate closely with the land acquisition team to validate all aspects of the properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard property data in the Land Database


• Property data includes mineral interest, ORRI interests, NPRI interests, working interests, net revenue interests in oil and gas leases, wells and units
