Role overview

We are looking for a Ticketing professional with solid domestic and international ticketing experience on GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre). You should understand international routings, have worked directly with airlines, and believe in fast TAT and error-free execution.

You will manage day-to-day ticketing for corporate travel, events and groups – issuance, re-issuance, refunds, cancellations, fare checks, blocks and deadlines – while coordinating with airlines, partners and internal teams.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in domestic & international ticketing and group bookings
• Proficiency on GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) and airline booking tools
• Comfort with ticket issuance, re‑issue, refunds, cancellations and fare rules
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, fast TAT, strong time management
• On-site in Gurugram; prior corporate travel / MICE ticketing experience preferred
