Job summary

WNS in Gurugram is seeking experienced GDS-trained travel professionals. You will work with Amadeus (preferred) or Sabre/Galileo for end-to-end GDS tasks, including PNR creation and ticketing. Minimum 2 years in GDS with a ticketing background is required.

Graduate in any discipline, comfortable with a 24x7 rotational shift, and experienced in TMC/B2B travel support. Join a dynamic corporate travel environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GDS experience with a ticketing background.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amadeus (preferred) or Sabre or Galileo.
• End-to-end GDS knowledge, including PNR creation & booking.
• Ticketing, refunds & cancellations experience.
• Experience in TMC / B2B travel support preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle PNR creation and bookings in GDS systems.
• Process ticketing, refunds, cancellations, exchanges & reissues.
• Provide TMC/B2B travel support and resolve client queries.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and communication.
