Job summary

3shool Technology Consultants in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced TIBCO BusinessEvents Lead to guide an offshore engineering pod through BE 5.5 to 6.4 upgrade and migration. You will analyze, refactor, test, deploy, and stabilize BE applications while coordinating across DEV, QA, PTEST and PROD environments.

The role requires strong hands-on BE 5.x/6.x, BE migration experience, Java, and CI/CD skills. Immediate joiners preferred; remote work not offered; in-office Hyderabad location.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on TIBCO BusinessEvents experience (5.x/6.x).
• Experience with BE upgrade/migration projects is required.
• Strong Java development experience and CI/CD knowledge.
• Capability to plan, review, and mentor engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead BE upgrade and migration activities for BE 5.5–6.x.
• Analyze, refactor and troubleshoot BE applications.
• Remediate deprecated APIs and changes in classes and channels.
• Coordinate work across DEV/QA/PTEST/PROD environments.
• Oversee testing, deployment, defect resolution and stabilization.
• Support production cutovers, parallel runs and sign-offs.
• Troubleshoot production and performance issues.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring quality and documentation.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore stakeholders; provide technical leadership.
• Mentor engineering team and contribute to data/AI initiatives.

Urgent Hiring TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) Lead

We are looking for an experienced TIBCO BusinessEvents professional to lead an offshore engineering pod responsible for analyzing, refactoring, testing, deploying, and stabilizing TIBCO BusinessEvents applications as part of a BE 5.5 to 6.4 upgrade/migration program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead TIBCO BusinessEvents application upgrade and migration activities.
• Analyze and refactor existing BusinessEvents applications and resolve upgrade-related issues.
• Review and remediate scanner findings related to deprecated APIs, legacy syntax, changed classes, channel types, and custom Java extensions.
• Plan and coordinate work across DEV, QA, PTEST and PROD environments.
• Manage testing, deployment, defect resolution and production stabilization.
• Support production cutovers, parallel-run validation, discrepancy analysis, hypercare and sign-off activities.
• Troubleshoot production, performance and integration issues.
• Perform code reviews and ensure engineering quality and documentation standards.
• Work closely with onshore and offshore stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to the engineering team.
• Contribute to Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Databricks, Data Automation and AI initiatives.
