Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Tibco Senior Developer-Manager to lead the transition and management of outsourced services within our Managed Services practice, focusing on optimizing client operations.

You will own projects end-to-end, coach delivery teams, and develop automation frameworks using TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Hawk, while collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and business transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with TIBCO integration.
• Experience with TIBCO EMS, MQ and JMS providers.
• Strong Java and Kafka streaming knowledge preferred.
• RESTful/SOAP/messaging services experience.

As a Tibco Senior Developer- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services team, focusing on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to enhance client operations. Within our Managed Services practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO HAWK.
• Experience in messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS, MQ , other JMS providers.
• Experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization.
• Experience/Strong Knowledge on Java , KAFKA streaming is preferable.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing RESTful/SOAP/Messaging services and other integration protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional TIBCO certification(s).
• TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above is mandatory.
• Experience/Knowledge with cloud platforms and services.
• Previous experience working in a globally distributed team environment.
