Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Tibco Senior Developer- Manager to lead the Managed Services delivery, drive transitions, and optimize processes for client operations. You will coach teams, manage budgets, and ensure quality through strong governance and customer engagement.

You will apply TIBCO expertise across Business Works, EMS, Hawk, and Data Virtualization, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions in a globally distributed setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering focusing on integration solutions with TIBCO.
• Experience with TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above.
• Proven experience in messaging solutions (TIBCO EMS, MQ, JMS).
• Experience with TIBCO Data Virtualization.
• Strong Java skills; Kafka streaming is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful/SOAP/messaging services and integration protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO HAWK.


• Experience in messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS, MQ , other JMS providers.


• Experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization.


• Experience/Strong Knowledge on Java , KAFKA streaming is preferable.


• Proven experience in developing and implementing RESTful/SOAP/Messaging services and other integration protocols.


• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional TIBCO certification(s).


• TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above is mandatory.


• Experience/Knowledge with cloud platforms and services.


• Previous experience working in a globally distributed team environment.
