Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Work Mode

Nagpur, Pune & Chennai: Hybrid (3 days/week WFO)

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of TIBCO products
• Monitor applications using EMS, Hawk, TEA, and Administrator
• Manage deployments and performance tuning for BW6.x and BWCE
• Configure EMS in load balancing and fault tolerance modes
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for smooth operations

Good to Have

• Docker or Containerization tools
• Agile/SDLC experience

• Strong understanding of BW5/BW6/BWCE architecture
