Join our Operations Engineering Team as a Thermo-Mechanical CM Support Engineer, where you will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and sustaining advanced mechanical assembly and thermal management processes used in high-performance electronic and optical products. You will work across the entire product lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) through high-volume manufacturing, driving process optimization, yield improvement, and root cause analysis. In this role, you will support mechanical assembly operations, thermal interface implementation, heat sink integration, assembly tooling development, warpage characterization, dimensional verification, and advanced mechanical inspection processes. You will leverage analytical techniques including CMM inspection, dimensional metrology, cross-sectioning, microscopy, thermal characterization, and reliability testing to ensure robust manufacturing processes and superior product quality.
