• Ensure timely execution of performances and maintain discipline during rehearsals and events.
• Monitor budgets, costumes, props, and other theatre-related resources.
• Encourage student participation and creativity in performing arts.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and safety guidelines during productions and events.
