Job summary

Uster Technologies is seeking a Textile Technologist to provide technical support and application expertise for textile testing and quality management solutions. You will train customers, troubleshoot process issues, and support sales through trials and demonstrations while validating new developments via R&D trials.

Collaborating with customers and internal teams, you will coordinate trials, drive process improvements, and ensure optimal product application and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• University degree in Textile Technology / Engineering or equivalent qualifications based on related education, training, and experience.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in textile spinning mills and Machine manufacturers.
• Strong knowledge of textile spinning processes.
• Experience in raw material mixing management and process control measures.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present, train, and consult effectively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate customer trials and technical projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in English and local language, with the ability to speak Hindi.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
