Job summary

Intertek in Gurugram, Haryana, seeks a capable professional to oversee report preparation, data collation, and training for the testing team. You will drive audits, ensure SOP adherence, and resolve technical queries while promoting continuous learning and a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, supporting non-conformance resolution, and implementing Lean/6 Sigma practices to enhance efficiency and testing quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate report preparation as per TAT/PSD and client standards.
• Coordinate test results and data collation for report finalization.
• Conduct training, assessments, and skill development for team members.
• Monitor and train new/existing staff as per buyer and in-house standards.
• Perform audits on test methods, ensure SOP adherence, and drive corrective actions.
• Support operations in resolving non-conformances and implementing preventive measures.
• Establish new standards and enhance laboratory testing capabilities.
• Ensure accuracy in testing and resolve internal/external technical queries.
• Assess team knowledge through evaluations and ensure continuous learning.
• Support customers in interpreting test results and resolving failures.
• Coordinate customer visits for technical issue resolution.
• Follow up on corrective actions from internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, buyer specifications, and reporting standards.
• Implement Lean/6 Sigma practices to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Promote knowledge sharing, teamwork, and a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence.
