Job summary

Capco is seeking a Test Manager - QA (BFSI) to lead end-to-end testing across multiple markets, defining the testing strategy, UAT design, reporting and governance for a large program.

You will coordinate market test leads, drive structured defect management and executive reporting, and ensure entry and exit criteria for UAT and production releases are strictly followed, with strong test governance and environment readiness across SIT/UAT cycles.

Qualifications

• Must have strong test planning and strategy design.
• Experience with RWA and Basel Pillar 3 requirements.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple markets.
• Delivery discipline managing multi-country programs in parallel.
• Experience driving structured defect management and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define an approach and plan for incremental testing, ensuring early risk mitigation and de-risking a compressed final test window (5 weeks).
• Define and own the end-to-end testing strategy for a large, multi-market program, including UAT cycle design, reporting, and governance.
• Lead and coordinate multiple market test leads, ensuring structured defect management and transparent reporting to senior leadership.
• Define and enforce entry and exit criteria for UAT and production release.
• Ensure strong test governance, environment planning, and readiness across parallel SIT and UAT cycles where required.
