Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies in Pune is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst / Test Manager with extensive banking domain QA expertise. You will design comprehensive test plans, execute functional, regression, integration, database, and API tests, and manage defects end-to-end.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, communicate risks to stakeholders, and guide client interactions. Experience with Investran and cloud-based testing are a plus, with familiarity in Azure DevOps

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst / Test Manager

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst or Test Manager with strong expertise in functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing testing processes, identifying risks, and collaborating with stakeholders. Experience in the Private Capital industry and tools like Investran will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and execute comprehensive, well-defined test cases and test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing
• Identify, log, and track defects ensuring clear and well-structured bug reporting
• Highlight testing risks to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective issue resolution
• Manage client interactions and provide testing updates
• Contribute to test automation initiatives (advantageous)
• Ensure quality assurance best practices and standards are met

Mandatory Skills :

• 610 years of QA/testing experience in the banking domain
• Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing
• Proficient in creating and executing detailed test cases
• Strong defect reporting and risk assessment skills
• Good client-facing and self-management abilities

Preferred / Advantageous Skills :

• Experience in the Private Capital industry and/or Investran
• Experience in cloud-based application testing
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Test automation experience
