Role Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E2E Tester with Facets expertise to support testing activities for healthcare payer applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end business processes across Facets and integrated systems, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of healthcare operations including Membership, Claims, Provider, Billing, and Customer Service functions. The candidate should possess strong healthcare domain knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, and End-to-End Testing within the Healthcare Payer ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements related to Facets applications.
• Design and execute End-to-End test scenarios covering multiple business workflows.
• Prepare test cases, test scripts, test data, and traceability documentation.
• Validate Facets modules including Membership, Claims, Provider, Billing, and Customer Service.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), Regression Testing, and UAT support.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, SMEs, and Test Leads for requirement clarification.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Validate interfaces and integrations between Facets and downstream/upstream systems.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and test status reporting.
• Support release validation and production deployment testing.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and healthcare business requirements.
