Job summary

UST is seeking a Salesforce QA/Test Engineer in Bengaluru to join our QA team. The role focuses on manual testing of Salesforce applications, validating Sales Cloud and Service Cloud deployments, and ensuring quality across end-to-end processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, with knowledge of Copado and test automation concepts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to drive quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce manual testing with understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
• Working knowledge of Copado (CI/CD, Release Management, Deployment processes).
• Knowledge of test automation concepts and frameworks.
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
• Validate deployments and releases using Copado.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Manual Testing.
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management.
• Working knowledge or experience with Copado (CI/CD, Release Management, Deployment processes).
• Knowledge of Test Automation concepts and frameworks.
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
