About the Role

Hiring for a Salesforce Automation Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). The role involves automation testing, QA process optimization, migration of test cases, and improving automation stability for Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios
• Migrate test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT)
• Perform Salesforce Sales Cloud testing and release validation
• Improve automation pass rates and framework stability
• Support CI/CD and Agile QA processes
• Guide and mentor QA team members

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 6-10 years of QA/Testing experience focused on Salesforce
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Copado CRT
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud testing experience
• Experience with automation migration and test optimization
• Good understanding of CI/CD and QA best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
• Exposure to Selenium automation and Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
• Broadridge platform experience is an added advantage
