Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced QA/Testing professional with 6–10 years in QA and at least 2+ years hands-on Copado experience. The role focuses on migrating Selenium tests to Copado CRT, developing robust Salesforce test automation, and improving stability and pass rates.

Candidate will mentor the QA team, work as an extension of the client's automation efforts, and contribute to advancing Salesforce test automation frameworks. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of QA/Testing experience with 2+ years hands-on Copado.
• Strong hands-on Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) expertise.
• Salesforce QA through automation and manual testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce and Agentforce implementations.
• Experience migrating Selenium test cases to Copado CRT.
• Developing and optimizing Copado automated test scenarios.
• Proven ability to improve test stability and automation pass rates.
• Consulting-led QA/process optimization mindset.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing automated test cases from Selenium to Copado CRT.
• Develop and optimize automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Analyze automation failures and improve stability and pass rates.
• Complete the existing automation backlog.
• Identify opportunities for automation and QA process improvements.
• Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the QA team.
• Work as an extension of the client's QA automation team.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust Salesforce test automation frameworks.
