Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Salesforce Certinia Manual Test Lead to drive QA initiatives across Certinia (FinancialForce) implementations. You will lead testing efforts, define strategies, and ensure end-to-end validation of PSA, Billing, and Financial Management modules within enterprise projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication to coordinate with global teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manual testers.
• Allocate tasks, track deliverables, and ensure quality standards.
• Drive testing best practices and improve testing processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate for resolution.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders.

• Analyze business and functional requirements to create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
