Job summary

UST in Coimbatore is seeking engineers with 3–6 years of HiL experience to design, configure, and validate HiL benches using Vector VT System, dSPACE, and Vtest Studio. Candidates should also be proficient with CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet interfaces and have ECU wiring know-how.

Strong domain knowledge in automotive systems is preferred. Role focuses on building reliable test benches, configuring toolchains, and diagnosing hardware signals with scopes and bus analyzers for robust

Qualifications

• Experience with HiL Setup & Platforms (Vector VT System, dSPACE, Vtest Studio) for building HiL benches.
• Knowledge of Vector Canoe, VT System/dSPACE Vector Tool Chain.
• Domain knowledge of Automotive Systems and architecture (Body Electronics/ Powertrain).
• ECU & Wiring Knowledge: connect ECUs, create wiring harnesses, manage test benches.
• Communication Interfaces: CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet hardware connections.
• Diagnostic Tools: oscilloscope, multimeter, and bus analyzers for signal checks and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure HiL benches using Vector and dSPACE toolchains.
• Connect ECUs and wire harnesses; manage test benches and test configurations.
• Perform signal checks and troubleshoot using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and bus analyzers.
