Job summary

Ascendion, Pune-based, is seeking a QA Engineer to join the team. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues and ensure quality.

You will prepare test plans, reports, and maintain testing documentation, while supporting release validation to ensure applications meet quality standards before deployment. Experience with regulated data environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in QA or testing; pharma or life sciences exposure preferred but not mandatory if you have worked with regulated data environments
• Comfortable reading a control chart and understanding what process capability means where you will be testing outputs that a pharma QA audience will scrutinise
• SQL proficiency for data validation against source files
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
• Perform load testing with tools to ensure application performance & Stability.
