Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a QA Manager to own end-to-end QA delivery across multiple teams. You will oversee SIT, regression, BAU and production testing, plan test capacity, support release readiness and manage risks and dependencies.

About The Role

End-to-end ownership of QA delivery across multiple teams and tribes Managing SIT, regression, BAU and production testing activities in parallel Test planning, estimation, capacity and resource planning Release readiness and deployment support Managing delivery risks, dependencies and escalations Driving QA governance and tracking overall delivery and quality Managing large QA teams across multiple workstreams

Job Title: QA Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Direct interaction with client and senior stakeholders Participation in QBRs, governance meetings and delivery reviews Managing escalations, production issues and RCA discussions Presenting delivery metrics, quality trends and key risks to management Supporting SOW, SLA and KPI discussions Coordinating with multiple teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies FTU forecasting, tracking and utilization management Tracking QA metrics including DAR, DDR, test coverage, pass rate and schedule adherence SLA and KPI monitoring Data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI TestRail governance, audits and reporting Supporting CMMI Level 5 audit activities and compliance
