Job summary

Ascendion in Pune is seeking a Functional Tester with 6+ years of hands-on experience to join our QA team. You will design and execute test cases to ensure software features meet business requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams, document results, and contribute to regression and integration testing efforts. Strong communication and ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements to verify that all software features work as specified.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands on Functional Testing experience
• Strong experience in test case writing, test design and test execution
• Strong experience in functional, regression and integration testing
• Experience with JIRA and qTest
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Dynamic, proactive and ownership driven mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
