Danfoss Drives in Oragadam, India, is seeking a Test Technician (External) to assist with testing and validation of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). You will work in a hands-on laboratory environment, supporting engineers and contributing to product quality and safety through careful testing and documentation.

This on-site role offers exposure to drive technologies, prototype preparation, and a path to develop technical skills in a collaborative, safety-conscious setting.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and their operation.
• Experience supporting the testing of VFDs in lab/manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Ability to use electrical tools, measuring instruments, and perform soldering/desoldering safely.
• Understanding of power connections, material handling, scrap management, and 5S practices.

• Prepare drives and test setups to enable accurate and efficient validation activities.
• Assemble and solder prototype units to support development and testing needs.
