Job summary

Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art semiconductor foundry. We seek an experienced ATE/ICT engineer to design and develop ICT fixtures, test programs, and ATE solutions for production, leveraging Keysight and Teradyne instruments.

Responsibilities include debugging circuits, improving FPY and yield, and collaborating with customers to present ATE status. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in electronics testing is required.

Qualifications

• BE/Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
• 7–10 years of experience in ATE/ICT environments.
• Experience with automotive protocols and high-speed signaling.
• Knowledge of test development and fixture design for ICT.
• Ability to debug circuits and validate testers including CP/CPK and GR&R.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of circuit schematic development and validation.
• Knowledge on Automotive communication protocols.
• Develop new ATEs using Keysight and National instruments test equipment (PXI, LXI, GPIB).
• Design and develop ICT fixtures for production ICT equipment (i3070).
• Develop testing programs for Keysight i3070/Teradyne ICT.
• Select equipment and technologies to develop complete ATE solutions.
• Meet with customers and report ATE status; monitor FPY and yield improvements.
• Create SOPs, checklists for process verification and calibration.

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Circuit schematic.


• Knowledge on Automotive communication protocols.


• Good knowledge on Adv Microcontrollers, Analog and Digital Input& Output signals"


• Build New ATEs using Keysight and Nationals instrument Test Equipment’s. (PXI, LXI/GPIB)


• Design and Develop Test fixtures for ICT i3070 used in Production.


• Should development Test programs for Keysight i3070/Teradyne ICT.


• Designing the Testing Concepts and choosing hardware.


• Selection of best equipment’s and technologies to develop the Complete ATE


• Meeting with Customer and presenting the ATE status. Monitor FPY and NTF. Improve Yield.


• Create Standard Operating procedure, Checklist Preparation for Process verification.


• Able to use 6 Six sigma tools.


• Create FMEA Validation of testers (CpCpK, GR&R).


• Should debug the Circuit Problems and simulate signals to Measure analyse.


• Ability to solve complex production issues & provide good solution.
