Job summary

Tata Electronics Private Limited is a Tata Group venture building India’s first AI-enabled semiconductor foundry. This role focuses on circuit schematics, automotive protocols, microcontrollers, and building/optimizing ATE systems using Keysight and Teradyne ICT equipment.

You will design test fixtures, develop test programs, and create SOPs to verify processes while debugging complex production issues in automotive and RF domains.

Qualifications

• BE/M tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Circuit schematic.
• Knowledge on Automotive communication protocols.
• Good knowledge on Adv Microcontrollers, Analog and Digital Input & Output signals.
• Build New ATE's using Keysight and Nationals instrument Test Equipment (PXI, LXI/GPIB).
• Selection of best equipment and technologies to develop the Complete ATE.
• Design and development of test programs for Keysight i3070/Teradyne ICT.
• Design and develop ICT i3070 test fixtures, coordinating with suppliers.
• Create Standard Operating procedures and checklists for process verification.
• Able to use Six Sigma tools.
• Debug circuit problems and simulate signals to measure/analyze.
• Solve complex production issues and provide practical solutions.
• Automotive projects and RF products development.
• Operate and monitor running ATE testers.
• ICT programs and flying programs.
• Design lead time/review.

Education

BE/M tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.
