Job summary

Yethi Consulting in Mumbai is seeking a Test Manager / Delivery Manager to lead core banking testing programs across engagements. You will drive end-to-end testing, governance, and delivery, coordinating SIT/UAT and cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have hands-on FCUBS/Finacle experience and strong knowledge of Retail, Islamic, and Trade Finance domains, with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of Core Banking products (e.g., CASA, term deposits, loans, GL).
• Hands-on experience with Flexcube (FCUBS/FCR) and/or Finacle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing and delivery for Core Banking transformation programs.
• Manage project planning, execution, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
• Lead and mentor testing teams while ensuring quality delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, business users, and project stakeholders.

• Recent Core Banking project experience (current or within the last 8 years).
• Experience in Retail, Corporate, Islamic Banking, and Trade Finance domains.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
