Job summary

Tekskills in Kochi (Client Location) seeks a Test Lead with Flexcube testing experience to drive testing efforts for core banking systems.

You should have 10–15 years in banking/financial services, hands-on testing with T24/Finacle/Flexcube, strong SQL and database testing, and experience in test management tools. You will develop test plans, execute tests, log defects, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in testing with banking/financial services domain.
• Must have banking domain knowledge, with experience in core banking products.
• Proficiency in test management tools (Jira, ALM).
• SQL and database testing experience.
• Automation testing knowledge (Selenium, UFT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for core banking systems.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.

Min 10-15 yrs of experience across models.

Expecting the lead to also have peripheral applocation test experience as well.

Must have:

• banking/financial services industry
• Skills: T24/Finacle/ Flexcube (Payments, MT, ALM, Treasury)

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of banking domain concepts and financial transactions.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
• Experience with SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
