The role emphasizes test strategy, governance, automation frameworks, and KPI-based delivery across OSS/BSS telecom ecosystems, with hands-on automation using Selenium, Appium, UiPath, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of IT/software testing experience with 3–5 years in a Test Manager/Lead role.
• Telecom/Broadband domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong background in both manual and automation testing.
• Hands‑on knowledge of automation tools: Selenium, Appium, UiPath, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and working in cross-functional squads.
• Proficient with test management and collaboration tools – JIRA, Confluence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager / QA Manager / QE Manager with 10–14 years of experience to lead quality engineering and testing initiatives for telecom applications and platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in test strategy, test governance, automation frameworks, stakeholder management, and end-to-end QA delivery across Telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems. The role requires leadership in driving modernization, consolidation, release quality, and KPI-based delivery excellence

Key Responsibilities

• 10–18 years of overall IT/software testing experience with at least 3–5 years in a Test Manager/Lead role.
• Telecom/Broadband domain experience is mandatory.
