Job summary

TENCYS in Delhi seeks an experienced Test Lead – CLM to lead UAT activities for CLM implementations. You will craft test plans, define strategies, coordinate with business users and testing teams, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder leadership and communication, experience with Agile delivery, and familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for test management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience leading UAT and functional testing activities.
• Strong experience in test planning, estimation, and execution management.
• Experience coordinating multiple testers and business stakeholders.
• Excellent defect management and test reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive test plans, test approach, and UAT execution strategy.
• Define the overall testing scope, timelines, entry and exit criteria.
• Coordinate and support business users and testers throughout the UAT lifecycle.
• Monitor daily testing progress and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
• Track defects, prioritize issues, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Address tester queries, remove blockers, and ensure smooth execution during UAT.
• Review test scenarios, test cases, and execution results for completeness and quality.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Project Managers.
• Prepare daily and weekly test status reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.
• Ensure testing deliverables meet project quality standards and timelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Support production validation and post-deployment verification activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, templates, and best practices.
