Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to develop and execute automated tests using Selenium, Python, and API testing tools. You will lead the creation of scalable test frameworks and contribute to strategy and tooling decisions within Agile squads.

You will evaluate automation toolproofs, implement reusable frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders using JIRA for planning and reporting. Strong experience in Selenium, Python, Cucumber, and TestNG is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in building and executing automation scripts using Selenium and Python.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and CI tools like Jenkins.
• Familiar with BDD (Cucumber) and TestNG test frameworks in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute automation test scripts/scenarios utilizing Selenium, Python, Cucumber BDD, TestNG, and a spectrum of API Testing tools. Lead the design and implementation of Test Automation Strategies to ensure robust testing methodologies. Evaluate and execute Proof of Concepts for various Automation tools to enhance testing efficiency. Create reusable and adaptable Automation frameworks tailored to project needs. Utilize expertise in test management tools such as JIRA for efficient test planning and execution. Drive Test Management tasks including estimation, RTM creation, and stakeholder reporting. Strong grasp of Agile methodology. Required Skills: Selenium Python Test NG JIRA Jenkins API Testing (SOUAPI/Postman/RestAssured).
