Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Test Lead specializing in manual and automation testing in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will drive the automation roadmap, lead testing teams in Agile/Scrum, and ensure high-quality software delivery with strong SDLC/STLC adherence.

Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright, API testing, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines is required, along with excellent analytical and communication skills for leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Functional, Regression, SIT, and End-to-End Testing.
• Define and drive the automation roadmap. Improve automation coverage and execution efficiency.
• Experience leading 5-10 member testing teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Automation Testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted testing tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Defect Management processes.
• Experience with:\nSelenium / Playwright\nJIRA / Azure DevOps\nPostman / API Testing\nSQL / Database Testing\nCI/CD Pipelines.
