Job summary

GlobalLogic Bengaluru is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with hands-on testing of web services and REST APIs. You will collaborate with product teams to define QA parameters, plan testing, and drive automation using Playwright and Selenium.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring smooth production deployments, and creating comprehensive QA reports. Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of experience, strong automation skills, and exposure to AWS services.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 5 to 7 Years of overall experience.
• Collaborate with software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
• Overall delivery responsibility for Quality Assurance Services.
• Plan and complete testing documents.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures.
• Conduct analysis checks on product specifications.
• Work with other application owners and testers for integration of the code.
• Work with business stakeholders and lead the Production deployment process.
• Create Quality Assurance reports.
• Hands‑on experience in testing Web services/APIs (REST, SOAP, WSDL) and automating them.
• Provide impact analysis and regression testing of software changes.
• Familiarity using AWS technologies and products.

• Design efficient & reusable scripts in Selenium to be used across automated tests.
• Playwright (mandatory). Selenium (good to have).
